5. How Much will my calls Cost?

6. How to Install the EasePhone?
Insert the EasePhone to USB port, wait for pop-up screen as below:

Enter the Phone Number & Phone Password as shown in the Separate card attached with the
EasePhone, then click "Save"
The message "Connect Timeout" will be change to "Registered" and the EasePhone is ready to use instanly. if not, please ensure the number & password is correctly entered & the internet connectivity is working properly. Then check whether there is/are any Firewall and/or Anti-Virus Systems running which may block our EasePhone. Try to disable the Firewall and Anti-Virus System temporary to see whether the EasePhone can be registered or not.
7. How to make call to other parties?
Point-to-Point : Key-in the 7-digit number and press “Enter”.
IDD : Key-in “Country Code + Area Code + Number” and press “Enter”. (No Prefix required)

8. What is the minimum requirement to operate the EasePhone?
A PC/Notebook with USB port running Microsoft Windows 2000/XP is highly recommended.
Windows Me/98 is not recommended since the USB capability is not supported as good as in 2000/XP. Internet connection can be Broadband via ADSL Modem, Cable Modem and LAN as well as traditional 56Kbps Dial-up Modem.

9. I can't listen to the opposite party or vice versa, how can I solve this problem?
Check whether the earphone & microphone is firmly connected to the EasePhone.
Then adjust the volume level of earphone & microphone.
10. How will I Know my Balance?
Every EasePhone users can check their balance, usage, call details on the EasePhone interface. When you plug the EasePhone into the computer, a softphone screen will pop up, you can make / receive call and check the the balance on it.

11. What is Auto - Recharge?
Once the users enter the PIN on the Ease Phone interface, it will be recharged automatically.

12. Do My Funds Expire?
Like SIM card recharge, the validity of the recharge voucher is 180 days (starting from the PIN activation date).
13. Will I be Able to Track my Calls?
You can check your call records on the billing management interface. Also, there are two levels: one is user level and the other one is dealer level.

14.Where can we use the EasePhone?
The EasePhone can be used anywhere in the world as long as there is an internet connection. You can connect to your home PC/Notebook, office LAN, hotel with internet to room service, business centre, internet café, coffee shop, etc…
15. Where can we download the software and how to install it?
The EasePhone is self-contained and will pop-up automatically without any software download.
Since the EasePhone is a Plug-n-Play device using USB interface, hence no user configuration required
and no additional driver required.

19. When I try to checkout, why I can't find "credit card" as a payment option?
If you would like to use credit card to pay, just choose " paypal " as payment option when you checkout. It would allow you to pay with a credit card without the need of register a paypal account.
20. Which countries you ship the VOIP goods to?
We welcome international order. We ship the VOIP goods worldwide.
21.What is your shipping method?
DHL / FEDEX / UPS.
22. What is your shipping fee?
The shipping fee is calculated according to the weight of the goods and the delivery destination . We charge relative low shipping fee as we could get discounts from shipper.
23. When will I receive the goods after order and payment?
Normally, it takes one to two days for processing your order. You will be informed once we have shipped the goods. You will receive the goods within one to three weeks. In most cases, it only takes 3 to 5 days to arrive.
